Thanks for the kind words .... I'm glad you liked the article. I love supporting indie horror filmmakers and the greatest finds are those really talented filmmakers whose passion comes through in their films. Where exactly is Domecountry? Your film fest sounds like it'd be right up my alley!!

Glad you liked it Bill .... that's the whole point of spotlighting people like Stephenson and Vogel ... to help get their name out there. Honestly i wouldn't write an article like that on an indie horror filmmaker that I didn't like. There's no need!! But talented people like Jason Stephenson deserve and need the exposure. You are absolutely correct in your assessment too, bu the way. Stephenson's budgets may be low, but he knows how to stretch a dollar and get every penny on the screen!! I can feel it in my gut that Stephenson is just gonna get better and better with each flick!!

This is a really thoughtful review of an up and coming talent. If the pictures reveal anything about the films then Stephenson really knows how to stretch a budget and be resourceful. That is a pretty good low budget makeup job on that cop zombie. I really enjoyed reading up on a director that I had no knowledge of. This proves adversity can breed character and talent when embraced by a director. Thanks.
