Santa Delivers 2 New One-Sheets for Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter
Here’s a film I’m looking forward too. I haven’t read the novel yet but ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER looks to be a fun project all around. Based on the novel by Seth Grahame-Smith (who also wrote the screenplay), directed by Timur Bekmambetov (who wrote-directed DAY WATCH and NIGHT WATCH and is producing the upcoming THE DARKEST HOUR), and produced by Tim Burton, ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER looks like a winner. And now we can get a look-see at two new one-sheets for the film. Check them out and click on them to see a higher res version:
The film stars Benjamin Walker, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Dominic Cooper, Rufus Sewell, and Alan Tudyk and is slated for a June 22, 2012 release date. Here’s the plot crunch:
The film explores the secret life of our greatest president, and the untold history that shaped our nation. As a young boy, Abraham Lincoln witnesses the shocking death of his mother, leading him on a path to an ongoing war – and ultimately to the presidency – he chronicles in a hidden diary. The journal reveals the incredible story of a clandestine warrior who never stopped fighting for the country he led and the people he loved.
I’m looking forward to this one. What about you?
Stay Bloody!!!

I’m lookin forward to this!! I loved the book
I haven’t read the book, Raven, but I hear it’s fantastic & better than PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AND ZOMBIES.
It certainly peaks my interest more than Pride and Prejudice and Zombies! I’ll probably be checking this one out!
What’d ya think of the PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AND ZOMBIES book, Katie? I wasn’t too stoked over it & thought many parts of it dragged on. MANY parts.
