APARTMENT 143 (2011):

In the vein of the “Paranormal Activity” films comes this ghost story where the spookiness is centered inside an apartment recently occupied by a widower and his two children. Suspecting the spirit of his late wife might be responsible for the haunting, he calls in a team of parapsychologists that sets up video cameras and other instruments designed to ferret out the truth…no matter how frightening it may be. She keeps the record button pressed even as she and the survivors are stalked by toothy monsters emerging from the darkness. APOCALYPSE OF THE DEAD (my review; 2009):

“Dawn of the Dead” star Ken Foree heads the cast of this zombie shocker (unrelated to the George A.
