Carpenter’s Halloween to Hit the Big Screen this October!!
Yes, you read that title correctly … John Carpenter’s classic slasher that started it all, HALLOWEEN, will be hitting theaters this October. Written by Carpenter and Debra Hill and starring Donald Pleasence & Jamie Lee Curtis, HALLOWEEN is a classic film in every sense of the word. It’s not just a horror classic but a classic film, period. Via the HALLOWEEN Facebook page, news dropped about the film hitting theaters again. Check it out:
This October, John Carpenter’s immortal classic, HALLOWEEN, will be making a return to theaters nationwide. This will be the biggest run the film has had since shocking audiences in 1978, and makes for the perfect early kick off to next year’s 35th Anniversary celebration.
Screening before the film will be YOU CAN’T KILL THE BOGEYMAN: 35 YEARS OF HALLOWEEN, a new mini documentary written and directed by our own Justin Beahm, focusing on the undeniable impact the film (and series) has had on culture and the genre.
