2012 Theatrical One-Sheet for the Re-Release of Halloween Drops!!
Last week it was announced that John Carpenter’s classic, HALLOWEEN, was being re-released into the theaters (see article here). Well it didn’t take long for a new one-sheet to grace the internet celebrating it’s re-release (to the left). Sure it’s nowhere near as kick ass as the original poster art, but the bottom line is that we’re getting to see one of the classic films of the genre on the big screen!! This info comes from the HALLOWEEN MOVIES Facebook page:
This October, John Carpenter’s immortal classic HALLOWEEN will be making a return to theaters nationwide. This will be the biggest run the film has had since shocking audiences in 1978 and makes for the perfect early kick-off to next year’s 35th Anniversary celebration.
Screening before the film will be YOU CAN’T KILL THE BOGEYMAN: 35 YEARS OF HALLOWEEN, a new mini-documentary written and directed by Justin Beahm, focusing on the undeniable impact the film (and series) has had on culture and the genre. The documentary will run at all screenings coast-to-coast.
To see if HALLOWEEN is coming to a theater near you, check out ScreenVision.com, and make sure to keep checking back (new theaters are being added every week). You can also stay up on the latest news by visiting the official HALLOWEEN MOVES website.
