Stay Bloody!!!
I’m one of the few people in my house that loved Funhouse when it first came out. I was ten when I saw it and it scared me so bad! (Not as bad as the Zuni Fetish Doll did at the time…)
I’m with ya, Gynocrat!!! THE FUNHOUSE scared the shit outta me when I saw it for the 1st time!!
Kiddos and I rewatched The Gate last (and by kiddos I mean– my teenagers). That’s lost its shock factor for me over the years, except for the little trolls, they still irk me. Funhouse shows its age, but it still scares.
The big question is…Where is the Zuni Fetish Doll? Netlfix has bonbarded us with 70′s tv shows and old horror films…but no Trilogy of Terror?
I watched THE GATE not too long ago as we’ll (I was showing it to my 7 & 4 year olds). It has indeed lost a little of its impact, but it’s still a fun flick.
I’ve pretty much given up on Netflix. I deleted/cancelled my account last month.
